Tech Savviness
Since 85% of all home buyers start their search on the Internet--whether you are buying or selling--you need a tech-savvy agent. I have been using computers since 1982 and can easily handle transactions solely through emails, faxes, and file transfers. I have a secure online client area for easy access to any files you may need during your real estate transactions. If I can find my husband on a BBS, working with you online to find a home will be a snap!
Personal
As a resident of Albuquerque for over 25 years, I have seen the growth and improvements that make the "Q" a place you'll want to call home. Karl and I have been married for 15 years and together we home educate our youngest daughter. With my two adult children and two cats, we have a full house at times. In my free time, I enjoy writing, reading cozy mysteries, listening to jazz, meditating, and watching comedy movies.
