Email Blast - I send all my listings out to over 250 agents in the Albuquerque area as well as hundreds of agents nationwide. I also email numerous loan officers who then pass my listings on to their list of qualified buyers.
Broker Tours - I will schedule a broker tour with a local title company and, depending on their schedule, the title company will typically schedule the tour within the first month.
Open Houses - Since less than one percent of homes sell because of an open house, I don't rountinely schedule one. However, I will have one of my associates or myself hold one if requested.
Staging - I will make staging suggestions based on your budget. Many things can be done for free to help improve the overall appearance of your home.
Home Book - I prepare a booklet with photos, features, floorplans, utilitiy information, HOA details, convenant, and other information, if available, so homebuyers can take the book with them after viewing your home. This will help your home stand out after buyers have viewed several homes over a few days.
